If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please help us make it right.

Return w/ Refund : 14 days from delivery. 

Returns w/ Store Credit: Up to 30 days from delivery.

• 3% restocking fee

• No Returns on final sale/OOAK items

Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in their new/original condition (Wound yarn can not be returned.)
  
• Free of odor, damage, hair or anything else that would render it unsellable. 

Damage caused during postal service/shipping will need to be addressed with the carrier.
