Shipping

All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days with the exception of any preorder, custom orders or subscription items. This is small business run by one human with a primary day job. Any exceptions will be announced on the home page banner (ie. Delays due to Vacations/Travel etc.).

Parcel Fiber Co is not responsible for refunding/replacing items lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipping provider if your item arrives damage or you suspect that it has been lost in transit.

Please consider choosing a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.

Please note that FREE Shipping does not include insurance. Please select Priority mail if insurance is needed.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States but plan to expand to other countries later in 2022.

 

Returns/Exchange and Refunds

Issues arise, we get it. We want to partner with you to resolve any issues.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your items of any issues. We cannot accept returns of any items not in their original condition.
